David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, and Colin Thomas McCloy, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of DEEJAY HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Tauranga, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 8 November 2013 at 10.55am.
We fix 31 January 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
