Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 5 November 2013, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that FITZALFRED HOLDINGS LIMITED be liquidated and that Tania King and Michael Woodward, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed liquidators for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 5 November 2013 at 4.00pm.
