Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
We, Jonathan Wilgermein and Steve Cammish, chartered accountants of BDO Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company by special resolution of the shareholders on 1 November 2013 at 9.00am.
The directors of the above-named company have signed a certificate, under section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, stating that this company is solvent.
