Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

We, Shaun Neil Adams and Sarah Maria Judkins, of
KPMG, 18 Viaduct Harbour Avenue, Auckland, were appointed liquidators of the above-named incorporated society by resolution of its members passed at a general meeting held on 17 September 2013 that was confirmed at a subsequent general meeting held on 5 November 2013.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies
Act 1993
The liquidators fix 28 November 2013 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named incorporated society are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
