Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that on 4 November 2013 at 10.35am, the above-named company passed a special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, stating that the company be put into liquidation and that Steven Tomlinson be appointed as liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of THE BAKEHOUSE BAKERY (2008) LIMITED (in liquidation) fixes
20 December 2013 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
After this date claims may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claim is made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
