Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims
On 29 October 2013, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that MANAWATU DAIRY FARM LIMITED be liquidated and that Barry White and Mike Fisher, of Auckland, be appointed liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on 29 October 2013 at 2.00pm.
The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 15 December 2013.
