Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the undersigned was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by a special resolution of the shareholders.
The liquidation commenced on 15 October 2013 at 3.10pm.
The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts and a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
The undersigned does hereby fix 30 November 2013 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
