Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that the above-named companies were placed into liquidation on 25 October 2013 at 10.25am, when the members appointed Murray G. Allott, chartered accountant of Christchurch, as liquidator, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, by the passing of a special resolution by entry in each company's minute book.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator will dispense with the meeting of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximise returns to creditors.
