Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Grant Jarrold was appointed liquidator of ZNARA LIMITED at Christchurch on 15 October 2013 by special resolution of the shareholders.
The liquidator has fixed 20 November 2013 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
