Notice is hereby given that Christopher Carey McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery
& Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed as joint and several interim liquidators of SCL INDUSTRIES LP
(in receivership) pursuant to an order of the High Court at Auckland on 18 October 2013 at 9.27am.
