Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 24 of
the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, Stephen Kim Bennett, chartered accountant of Bennett & Associates, Whangarei, was appointed liquidator of WHANGAREI TOURISM TRUST BOARD.
The liquidation commenced on 15 October 2013 at 4.00pm.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes
15 November 2013 as the day on or before which the creditors of the charitable trust are to make their claims
and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
