Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of DADDY O'S LIMITED (in liquidation) by the passing of a resolution of the creditors at the watershed meeting held on 11 October 2013 at 3.07pm, pursuant to section 239ABU of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator records that this notice is in regard to the transition from voluntary administration to liquidation.
