Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Bruce Donald Gemmell, chartered accountant, and
Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of CUT EM GREEN LIMITED by the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 14 October 2013 at 11.47am.
We fix 14 November 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
