Take notice that Ian Caddis, solicitor and insolvency practitioner of Wellington, was appointed liquidator of ULTRA PROJECTS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the
High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 7 October 2013 at 11.00am.
The liquidator has fixed 20 November 2013 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
