The shareholders of AIA ABRASIVES LIMITED resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Gordon Hansen, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 9 October 2013 at 10.00am.
Creditors of the company are to file their claims with the liquidator and to establish any priority their claims may have on or before 6 November 2013.
