Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims
On 4 October 2013, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that HIRE N HAUL LIMITED be liquidated and that Barry White and Mike Fisher, of Auckland, be appointed liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on 4 October 2013 at 10.55am.
The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 20 November 2013.
