Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 and the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, that Julian Doyle Henson was appointed liquidator
of PUNA CHAMBERS INC by special resolution of the trustees on 9 October 2013 at 9.00am.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 15 November 2013 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named incorporated society is to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
