Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Subsequent to the directors of the respective companies filing resolutions at the Companies Office, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), stating that on appointment of a liquidator the companies would be able to pay their debts, Colin Thomas McCloy and David John Bridgman, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed as joint and several liquidators of the companies by special resolutions of the shareholders on
the date and times below:

METRO PARKING LIMITED (in liquidation) at 4.00pm.
METRO JOINT VENTURE LIMITED (in liquidation) at 4.05pm.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidators of the companies, we fix
5 November 2013 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
