Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On 7 October 2013, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that JURATA PROPERTIES LIMITED be liquidated
and that Carolyn Lee Jackson, chartered accountant of
New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 7 October 2013 at 12.00 midday.
