Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of SUNSHINE CITY INVESTMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Dunedin, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993,
on 23 September 2013 at 10.31am.
We fix 12 November 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
