Notice of Appointment of Liquidators, Replacement Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
David Murray Blanchett and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of TOPAZ RETAIL HOLDINGS LIMITED
(in liquidation) by the High Court at Tauranga, pursuant
to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on 13 September 2013 at 10.54am.
Sarah Maria Judkins and Shaun Neil Adams, insolvency practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ONYX RETAIL HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Tauranga, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Act, on 13 September 2013 at 10.45am, and resigned on
20 September 2013 at 2.10pm, appointing David Murray Blanchett and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountants, as their successors pursuant to section 283 of the Act.
We fix 1 November 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
