Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of ABSOLUTE JOINERY LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholders on 25 September 2013 at 1.34pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes 21 October 2013 as the last day on or before which the creditors of ABSOLUTE JOINERY LIMITED (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
