On 24 September 2013 at 3.26pm, Aaron Douglas Walsh and Glen David Gernhoefer, both chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of AUCKLAND DISABILITY PROVIDERS NETWORK INCORPORATED (in liquidation) by resolution of its members, pursuant to section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.
The liquidators fix 5 November 2013 as the day on or before which the creditors of the incorporated society are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
