Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 25 of
the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 and section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, by order of the High Court at Dunedin on 23 September 2013 at 10.35am, the above-named charitable trust was put into liquidation and Trevor Edwin Laing was appointed liquidator.
Creditors should file claims by 22 October 2013.
