Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
The shareholders of TOEGS LIMITED resolved, pursuant
to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that
Gordon L. Hansen, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 23 September 2013 at 10.00am.
A certificate of solvency has been signed by the directors of the company.
Creditors of the company are to file their claims with the liquidator and to establish any priority their claims may have on or before 9 October 2013.
Creditors and shareholders may direct enquiries to the liquidator during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
