Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Gareth Russel Hoole and Kevin David Pitfield were appointed joint and several liquidators pursuant to section 241(2)(a) or 241(2)(b) of the Act.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 25 October 2013 as the day on or before which creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
