Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 24(3) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 and Section 255 of the Companies Act 1993
On 16 September 2013, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 24(1) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, that AGE CONCERN MANAWATU INCORPORATED be liquidated and that Roderick
T. McKenzie, of Palmerston North, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 16 September 2013 at 4.30pm.
The liquidator has fixed 16 October 2013 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared may be excluded from the benefit
of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
