Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 16 September 2013, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that NOR' EAST PAR 5 LIMITED be liquidated and that Tania Elizabeth King and Michael Henry Woodward, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed liquidators for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 16 September 2013 at 4.00pm.
