Dennis Clifford Parsons, insolvency practitioner of Hamilton, was appointed liquidator of COGENT HOSPITALITY LIMITED (in liquidation) on 29 August 2013 at 3.00pm in the place of John Michael Gilbert.
The liquidation commenced on 15 November 2012.
