Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 7 August 2013, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that PLANDAH LIMITED be liquidated and that Steven Antoni Perich, accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 12 September 2013 at 12.15pm.
