Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that SHAKTI ENTERPRISES LIMITED
(in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 2 September 2013 to be put into liquidation.
Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 2 September 2013 at 10.44am.
