Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of STEWART DIGGER GRADER & EQUIPMENT HIRE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Blenheim, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of
the Companies Act 1993, on 16 September 2013 at 10.43am.
We fix 31 October 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
