Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 283 of the Companies Act 1993
Jeremy Michael Morley and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed
joint and several liquidators of KAIAPOI DRAINAGE CANTERBURY LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 5 September 2013 at 11.05am.
Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant of Christchurch, is to be appointed joint and several liquidator of the
above-named company as a result of the resignation of
John Howard Ross Fisk.
We fix 31 October 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
