Notice to Creditors to Claim
Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of WYATT CRANES LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Whangarei, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 29 January 2013 at 10.46am.
We fix 4 March 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
