Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that, subsequent to a resolution as to solvency and in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, at a general meeting held on 27 October 2012, the members passed a resolution to dissolve WAITOMO GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB INCORPORATED and distribute the assets and liabilities to the Otorohanga Club (Incorporated) and, pursuant to section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, to put the incorporated society into voluntary liquidation. The resolutions were confirmed by the members at a subsequent general meeting on 1 December 2012 at 9.38am, whereby it was resolved to appoint Roy Horrocks and Peri Micaela Finnigan, chartered accountants of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named incorporated society.
The undersigned does hereby fix 8 March 2013 as the day on or before which the creditors of the incorporated society are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
