Notice to Creditors to Claim
Bruce Donald Gemmell, chartered accountant, and Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of THE ART OF PINT AND CURRY LIMITED by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 29 January 2013 at 10.30am.
We fix 28 February 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
