Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
David Ross Petterson, forensic accountant of Levin, was appointed liquidator of ESTEEM JEWELLERY LIMITED and ESTEEM JEWELLERY GROUP LIMITED, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidations commenced on Monday 2 September 2013 at 9.00am.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
The first meeting of creditors will be held at Unit G,
80 Richard Pearse Drive, Mangere, Auckland, on Thursday 12 September 2013 commencing at 11.00am.
The purpose of the meeting is to:
(a) consider the liquidator's report on the proceeding of each liquidation;
(b) confirm the appointment of David Ross Petterson as liquidator of the company;
(c) consider whether to appoint a liquidation committee and, if so, to appoint members of that committee; and
(d) receive the views of the creditors in regard to the companies affairs.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator fixes Friday
20 September 2013 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
