Jeremy Morley and John Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of SOUL FOOD TAIHAPE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Wanganui, pursuant to section 241(2)(c)
of the Companies Act 1993, on 4 September 2013 at 10.30am.
We fix Wednesday 3 October 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
