Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 30 August 2013, the directors of MCIF NO. 1 LIMITED resolved:
"that the company would, on the appointment of a liquidator under section 241(2)(b) of the Companies
Act 1993, be able to pay its debts".
Notice is hereby given that on 30 August 2013 at 3.30pm, the board of directors resolved that MCIF NO.1 LIMITED be liquidated, pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, and that Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery
& Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, be appointed jointly
and severally as liquidators for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 30 September 2013 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Creditors and shareholders may direct enquiries to the liquidators during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
