Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that AMERICAN WHOLESALE LIMITED
(in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Invercargill, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 29 August 2013 to be put into liquidation.
Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 29 August 2013 at 10.08am.
