Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 22 August 2013, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be liquidated and that Karl Dickins, accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 22 August 2013.
