Tony Wayne Pattison, chartered accountant of Napier, and Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of CLYDE LUMBER CO. LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Tauranga, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 16 August 2013 at 10.59am.
We fix 16 September 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
