Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was, on 24 January 2013 at 11.24am, appointed to be the liquidator of CARIBBEAN COFFEE HOUSE LIMITED by the creditors of the company adopting a resolution at the watershed meeting held pursuant to subpart 8 of Part 15A of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes 4 March 2013 as the last day on or before which the creditors of the company can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
