On 2 August 2013, it was resolved by special resolution
of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that PIT PROPERTIES LIMITED be liquidated and that Phillip Foubister, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 2 August 2013.
