Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993
Colin David Owens, insolvency specialist, and David Stuart Vance, chartered accountant, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of the companies by the High Court at Nelson on the date and times below:

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed 19 September 2013 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit
of that distribution and those creditors may not object to
that distribution.
