John Fisk and Jeremy Morley, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of SIGNAGE & ACRYLICS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Nelson, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 14 August 2013 at 10.11am.
We fix Wednesday 4 September 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
