Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was on 12 August 2013 at 11.24am appointed to be the liquidator of HAVERSTOCK SAFETY & ENVIRONMENTAL LIMITED (in liquidation) by the creditors of the company adopting a resolution at the watershed meeting held pursuant to subpart 8 of Part 15A of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes 9 September 2013 as the last day on
or before which the creditors of HAVERSTOCK SAFETY
& ENVIRONMENTAL LIMITED (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
