Notice is hereby given that by shareholders' resolution dated the 16th day of July 2013 at 10.00am to liquidate the company, the shareholders have appointed John Phibbs as the liquidator for that purpose.
A declaration of solvency has been completed by the directors.
The liquidator fixes 30 September 2013 as the last day by which creditors can claim and to establish any priority their claims may have on the company.
