Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Bruce Donald Gemmell, chartered accountant, and Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of CROW ENTERPRISES LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Blenheim, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 12 August 2013 at 10.50am.
We fix 12 September 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
