Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, the High Court at Auckland, on 7 August 2013 at 10.50am, appointed Peri Micaela Finnigan and Tony Leonard Maginness, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company.
Notice of Liquidators' First Report
Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 255(2)(c)(ii) of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidators
will furnish their first report and register the report with
the Registrar of Companies. The report to creditors and shareholders will also be available on the McDonald Vague website at www.mvp.co.nz

The undersigned does hereby fix 20 September 2013 as
the day on or before which the creditors of the company
are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any
title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
